Our favourite discovery of 2009? Here at the House of Rumba we’ve become big fans of PRSC a bold attempt to breath new life into one of the less salubrious areas of Bristol, through street art and community enterprises. We bought this stick of rock from their shop the other day which features a picture of an infamous derelict building in the area painted with a giant skull.
